The Tip Of My Wishlist: More to Come in 2018!

If you're anything like me you've got a book wish list so long there is no way you will ever be able to read through it all. And, on top of that, it's never ending because you just can't stop adding more books to it! To try and organize myself I'm sharing 5 books from my wish list that I'm most excited to get to, usually with a common theme, on the last Friday of each month. I know a number of excellent bloggers who will be doing similar posts and I'll be sure to link to their posts as well so you can see all the goodies we're excited about and, hopefully, add a few new books to your own wish list. I'll also link the titles to Goodreads where you can read reviews and find the various ways to purchase a copy of the books if they sound like your style. I really hope you enjoy and let me know if you've read any of these or have others you would add to the list.

This month I decided to share 5 books that sound amazing and that will be releasing before the end of the year. I so often find myself looking ahead to 2019 already and forgetting that there are still a ton of great books coming out in 2018. So here's to the rest of this year...there's still lots of excitement to come!

The Tip of My Wishlist: Found on the Book Depository

I recently noticed that I spend a lot of time browsing the Book Depository website. I've even gotten a few friends addicted to the site. I often find that I prefer the covers of the UK version of books and, therefore, end up adding many, many editions from there to my wish list. Below I've included 5 such books, recently discovered on the site and which I now long to get my hands on!

London Lies Beneath

The Tip of My Wish List: It's Pre-Order Madness!

I very rarely pre-order books as I never seem to find the time to read the books right when they come out. However I recently noticed that I had in fact pre-ordered a number of books from some of my favorite authors, and thus a wish list post was born! I am so excited for these books to come in and am counting down the days for all of them!

The Tip of My Wish List: Summer Lovin'

Now that May is almost over and I live in Florida I'm really feeling like it's officially Summer Season for me. Whenever it starts getting hot like this my mind starts wandering to "beach reads" - whether that means a page-turning thriller, fun chick lit, or a book with actual beach feels - and so I've decided to share 5 "beach reads" I'm now wanting to grab up and take to the shore this month. Does anyone else have these on their summer reading lists?

The Tip of My Wish List: The Lady Darby Mysteries

This month's list is actually inspired by a Cover Crush I ran a week or so ago. When I saw the cover of Anna Lee Huber's newest installment in her Lady Darby Mysteries I realized I hadn't read any of them, even though I've had them on my wish list for some time. There are actually six books already in the series, so you get a bonus book this month!

The Tip of My Wish List: 2018 Debut Novels

For this month's theme I've picked 5 debut novels coming out in 2018. I love discovering new authors and particularly love debuts as you get to see an author at the beginning of their talents. So often they've put in years of blood, sweat, and tears to create that first novel and it comes across in the writing.

The Tip of My Wish List: New Paperback Releases

This month's theme came to me after seeing the cover for a new paperback release listed below. To be perfectly honest I have already read the hardcover version but instantly wanted to add the paperback version to my wish list as I loved the cover so much and now want to own it. The Tip of My Wish List: 2018 Contemporary Mystery/Suspense/Thriller Novels

As the first wish list of 2018 I thought it would be fun to continue the "most anticipated" theme. While I shared my most anticipated historical fiction last month this month I've decided to highlight upcoming releases in contemporary fiction that have a suspenseful or thrilling bend to them. I've really been enjoying reading more mystery and suspense over the last year or so and all of the books below sound wonderfully exciting!
